Noon is 12:00; midnight is 00:00 and is considered the start of a new day. If the time is unknown make sure that the CRASH TIME UNKNOWN checkbox in the previous field is checked and do not enter anything in this field.
EXAMPLE: 08:00 = 8:00 am, 20:30 = 8:30 pm.
